Through my work as an occupational therapist working with underserved populations, I’ve had the privilege of learning about humanity from populations society writes off; the most traumatized and stigmatized.

I’ve learned about trauma and how it can shape who you turn out to be and what you end up doing. I’ve learned about human resilience and how, against all odds, people have somehow survived the unsurvivable. While I spent time learning from people in the darkest phases of their lives, all I could see was their light. No matter how deeply buried, I could see it within the eyes of every person I’ve ever worked with.

Throughout my whole life, I’ve had an incredible but difficult ability to sense and feel others’ energy and emotions. Because of this, it has made me a natural healer. Clients feel safe and seen with me. And because they feel safe with me, we are able to dig through some deep layers together.

It pains me that many individuals do not get the opportunity to be more of themselves simply because they are without safe spaces.

We all have unique gifts to offer this world. If we don’t have the space to heal, our True selves are dampened and the world is a lesser place for All.

In 2025, I discovered the healing properties of a master teacher: psilocybin. She showed me more of myself than I had been able to see with years of therapy in just one session. Ultimately, she showed me that my way of helping (as it was) wasn’t sustainable and was going to cost me my life if I let it. I decided I couldn’t let it.

This led me on a new journey.

For the past few years, I’ve been deep diving into spirituality, energy, consciousness, near death experiences, quantum physics and all things metaphysical. I’ve taken my independent studies to the next level by taking classes in energy healing, ceremonial facilitation, psychedelic-assisted facilitation, human design, spiritual life coaching, intuitive healing, mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, yoga and reiki.

Through this journey back to my Truth, I’ve been called to hold safe spaces for others to find their Truth through various types of energy work.

I also find plant medicine to be a type of energy work. What I’ve seen this medicine do is nothing short of awe-inspiring. I’ve seen it work through chakras in order, unblocking them and releasing trauma along the way. I’ve seen, and experienced myself, physical somatic energetic releases big and small. The Earth’s medicine helps people purge stagnant energies, freeing the mind and body thus making more room for the Soul.

It is for these reasons (and more), that the medicine is deeply spiritual and sacred to me. I treat all healing spaces ceremonially.

Beyond the power of plant medicine, I have learned more about my role here in this incarnation. I have learned that my path involves embodying the energy of Mother Earth herself. Fitting as I already had a line of products (Mother Knows Best, you may have heard of her) honoring the wisdom of Mother Earth. My role in this embodiment involves holding space and safety for others to experience their own journeys of healing and remembrance. I trust in the wisdom of our Mother Earth, our bodies and Source. My work involves “walking each other home”, as Ram Dass says.

Each of the healing spaces I offer requires you to surrender to various degrees. We can only surrender if we feel safe enough. This is my mission.

I want people to remember who they are. Then, I want people to love themselves so much that they commit the rest of their lives to being so wholly them. That’s when the world gets to benefit from your light. We need you All.
