Standard Reiki Sessions
A gentle, restorative energy healing session tailored to what your body and spirit need that day. We begin with a conversation about your focus and any areas of discomfort. During the session, I sweep your energy field, check your aura, balance your chakras and focus on removing what no longer serves you. Sessions include the optional card pull(s) for additional insight. You'll receive a brief reflection at the close, and a check-in text within that week.
